Twenty-One, Twenty-One

Goal is to collect cards that total more points than the dealer, but not to go over 21. With this variation of the two, the player has more opportunities to win that round.

After bets are finalized, the dealer hands out one card to each player, followed with a down card for the dealer. Then dealer hands out second card to the players, with an up card visible to everyone. Following that, players decide if they want to either hit or stand based on their two cards sum totals.
